My Experience

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 I worked at Mareena Purslowe and Associates as an embalmer and funeral director. I experienced the stories of many families and saw their grief and struggles.

I then went on to study nursing becoming a registered nurse in 2007. I worked for 6 years at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and 6 years at Alexander Heights Family Practice before completing my Advanced level Kinesiology Diploma.

I have seen a lot of vulnerable people over the years that I have served to care for, however I would often tell myself there was something else this person needs to help them get over their issue and I feel that this (energy healing) is a big part of their holistic care that was missing and would have made all the difference.

If we can change our limiting beliefs that dictate negative thoughts and feelings to neutral or positive thoughts and feelings with a different perception and get our body’s out of the stressed fight/flight state then we can both heal and prevent illness forming in the body.

The body is always listening to the thoughts. If only we understood how powerful our thoughts are. We are often our own worst enemy with our self-criticism.

As our body stores information, emotions and traumas it can show us what we need to know when we ask the questions. This brings about an awareness of the deeper issues causing stuck energy. This awareness then helps the body release this energy and enable the nervous system to destress and relax.

Energy healing can help and show us a better, healthier way to live our lives and be kinder to ourselves and others.

I find it so rewarding to assist clients in their healing. I invite and welcome you to experience the bliss and freedom felt after a session of energy balancing.

  • Yes. Every condition has an emotional aspect to its root cause. Chronic conditions are mostly suppressed anger (usually from childhood) stored in the body. When we free up the energy flow to an area of that was deficient then this allows the body to heal itself. An example of conditions include Depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress, musculoskeletal issues, pain, hormonal imbalances, skin issues, asthma, sciatica, digestive issues, memory and mood and much more.

  • Wear something comfortable such as shorts leggings or track pants. I will sometimes need to move your limbs around in certain positions to activate muscles and meridians. Also, its good to be hydrated.

    Be open to receive the healing in this safe, sacred and trusting environment.

    As the energy shifts you may feel things such as sighing, jerking, twitching, yawning, tummy rumbles, feelings of hot or cold, sleepy or heaving feelings.

    Each person is unique and ths is al normal.

  • After the balance you will feel very relaxed. Keep hydrated and don’t plan to do too much afterwards. Allow the energy to settle. You can then expect to feel more motivated and energized and more clear-headed.
