What is Kinesiology and how can it help me?

Kinesiology is a therapy system where the client lays on the cushioned massage table face up and muscle testing is used to identify imbalances in the body. As we investigate what is stressing the body, the muscle will change. We then accumulate information and release stress along the way using various techniques such as eye rotation movement, emotional stress diffusion, acupressure, tapping, unblocking frozen acupressure points, flower essences with attitudes and sound/frequency healing.

Our electric thoughts and magnetic emotions form our electromagnetic field and as our fields come out of us and flow around us and return into us, we can see how we create our environment with our thoughts and emotions. Thus, by cleaning up our fields from stuck dense trauma energies and realizing our limiting thought patterns we can then be open to think better thoughts and have a free-flowing field that is able to attract and manifest what we desire.

It is so much more than just feeling relaxed and light after your session. You have actually freed yourself up to attract what you want in life. Be it a new or better relationship, job or something else.

Biofield Tuning

Various weighted or unweighted tuning forks are used on and around the body to bring the energy field into a coherent state, based on the principle of resonance. When struck, a tuning fork vibrates at a specific frequency determined by its size, shape and material. The vibrations help to release energetic blockages (incoherence) and restore the body’s natural energy flow.

Through research and the work of people such as Eileen McKusick it has been shown that certain areas of the body, when accessed with the tuning forks can reflect to you that there is unresolved issues or traumas by the way the forks vibrate in a chaotic manner. The incoherent vibrations then become coherent and the stuck energy in ones field is removed allowing for a free flowing energy field as the stuck information (emotions, trauma) is transformed and healed.

How energy moves in and around the body

Energy (‘Chi’ or ‘prana’) moves in and out of the body through the chakras (spinning wheels) and throughout the body via energy lines known as meridians and nadis. There are 7 major chakras that we work with that convey energy to the associated organs, glands, muscles and nerve plexus, as well as minor chakras. The Nadis are interconnecting energy channels for the major and minor chakras that distribute pranic energy taken in by the chakras. It is similar to the circulatory system (arteries, arterioles, capillaries, vein and venules) and the nervous system (nerves, neurons and plexuses).
